What do I actually pay if I’m going through insurance? +
We bill your insurance company directly for all repair costs. Our team handles all documentation and negotiations on your behalf.

Repairs & Warranty
How long will my repair take? +
Repair time depends on the extent of the damage. A minor dent takes far less time than structural or frame work. During your free inspection, our team will give you a clear timeline before any work begins. We always aim to get you back on the road as quickly as possible.
Is the repair work guaranteed? +
Yes. Every repair we perform comes with a written lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. If anything isn’t right, we’ll fix it at no charge. That applies to both insurance and private-pay repairs.
Can I track the progress of my repair? +
Absolutely. We keep you updated throughout the entire process. Our team sends you progress updates so you always know where things stand. No need to call and wonder what’s happening with your car.
Pricing, Payment & Mobility
What if I need a car while mine is being repaired? +
Most insurance policies include rental car coverage for the duration of your repair. We help you coordinate that directly with your insurer so you stay on the road while your car is with us. Ask our team about options when you drop off your vehicle.
My car can’t be driven. How do I get it to you? +
Our sister company Jr Car Care offers 24-hour towing services to help get your vehicle to our shop, any time of day or night. Contact us and we’ll help coordinate availability in your area.
