Your Step-by-Step Collision Repair Process
Follow these steps from the moment of impact through to picking up your fully restored vehicle. Steps 1–4 are yours; after that, Kingdom takes over completely.

Immediately after the accident
Make sure everyone is safe.
First, move to a safe location if possible and turn on your hazard lights. Then check whether anyone needs medical help, if there are injuries or the vehicles are blocking traffic, call 911 right away. Your safety always comes before anything else.

Protect yourself
Call the police and request a report.
Even in a minor accident, an official police report is essential, it documents what happened and protects you throughout the insurance claims process. In addition, many insurers will ask for this report before approving any repairs.

Document everything
Take photos and gather the details.
Photograph all vehicle damage, the license plates, the overall scene, and anything else that helps explain what happened. Also, exchange insurance and contact information with the other driver. If there are witnesses nearby, make sure to get their names and phone numbers as well, this can be crucial later.

Then contact us.
